Bill has been in the water treatment industry since 1978 helping three companies expand and eventually running his own business until 2002. He holds WQA certification as a Master Water Specialist (MWS) with ten awards including 2001 Regents Award and 5 FWQA awards, including Hall of Fame Award.

Bill joined Clack in 2004 to provide product support, application, and guidelines assisting our direct OEM customers. He oversees all in-house training for our domestic and international customers and remote video training, as necessary. He also works closely with Sales and Engineering on new product development and testing.

Ty has been in the water treatment industry since 2010. He worked for an OEM as a System Assembler, Service, and Installation Technician until joining Clack in 2015.

Ty provides product support, application, and guidelines to our direct OEM customers. Ty assists with in-house training for our domestic and international customers and provides training for Clack products at customer facilities. He also works closely with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Engineering on new product development and testing.

Jay has been in the water treatment industry since 1983, working in various positions for 35 years with a water treatment manufacturing company, including Shop Supervisor, Technical Support, Product Manager, and Technical Training Manager. Jay joined Clack in 2018.

Jay’s role is to provide product support, applications, and guidelines to assist our direct OEM customers and includes training our domestic and international customers on Clack products at their facility or in-house. He also works closely with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Engineering on new product development and testing.

Doug has been in the water treatment industry since 1981. He owned and operated an independent dealership for 10 years followed by 21 years with an OEM in South Florida. He also spent 2.5 years in Sales with a water treatment manufacturer. His experience includes Technical Support, Equipment Guidelines, and Product Applications. He holds WQA certifications as a Master Water Specialist (MWS), Certified Water Treatment Representative (CWR), and Certified Installer (CI). He has won awards, including Award of Merit—2009, Lifetime Membership Award—2012, and Hall of Fame Award—2019.

Doug joined Clack in 2015 and his role includes training and assisting our direct OEM customers on Clack products and attending regional WQA meetings, events, and shows.
